1collective is in pre-release beta. Features may change, and data you enter may be modified or reset as we finalize the platform. We don’t yet offer uptime or support guarantees, and support is best-effort during the beta. Please don’t rely on it as your only system of record.

This Privacy Policy explains how 1collective (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the 1collective platform and related services (the “Service”). It applies to information about the businesses and individuals who use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, company name, and credentials you provide when creating or managing an account.
  • Customer Data — the business records you enter or upload, such as contacts, estimates, invoices, schedules, employee records, documents, and messages. You control this data; we process it to provide the Service.
  • Usage and device information — log data, IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.
  • Communications — messages you send to us for support and related metadata.

2. How we use information

  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • process billing and subscriptions;
  • send service-related and, where permitted, product communications;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information or your Customer Data.

3. Service providers and integrations

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery, messaging and telephony, payment and financing, accounting integrations, and AI providers. These providers process information only on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. When you connect an integration, information is shared with that provider as needed to deliver the feature you requested, subject to their privacy practices.

4. Legal disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1collective, our customers, or others.

5. Data retention

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After termination, we retain data for a limited period to allow export and to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may access, update, export, or delete much of your information directly within the Service, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. If you are an end customer or employee of a business that uses the Service, please direct your request to that business, which controls the relevant data.

8. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app). The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
